Apple iPad Air has a Liquid Retina display. The 13-inch Air has 30% more screen space than the 11-inch Air.
Camera & Audio
iPad Air has a redesigned front-facing camera on the landscape edge and it features Center Stage, which uses machine learning to automatically keep everyone in the field of view. The new Air features landscape stereo speakers with Spatial Audio.
The 13-inch model has even better sound quality because of double the bass claimed by Apple in the Let Loose event.
Colors and Design
The new Air comes in four finishes:
- Blue
- Purple
- Starlight
- Space Gray
It uses a 100% recycled aluminium enclosure.
Performance
The all-new Apple iPad Air now comes with M2 chip which is way too powerful then the M1 chip. The new iPad Air is nearly 50% faster than the previous Air with M1 and 3 times more powerful than the Apple A14 Bionic iPad Air in all types of productive and creative tasks.
With M2 under the hood, the new iPad Air supports Apple Pencil hover for greater precision which lets you preview your mark before you make it.
Storage
The base storage is of 128GB and can be expanded by adding 512GB and 1TB storage options.
Price
The new 11-inch Air starts at just $599 and the 13-inch Air is just for $799.
